    kegerator collar

    Just wondering if anyone has tried to put a collar on a vertical door kegerator. Right now I've got a 2 tap tower and 2 (5 gallon) kegs, plus my 5#CO2. I was wondering if anyone has tried a vertical collar to extend a regular kegerator. I'd like to hold a 1/2 barrel and a 5 gallon or 3-4 5 gallons.

    Steam beer temperatures?

    Has anyone made a steam beer they were satisfied with. If so, what were your fermentation temperatures and schedule? I'm considering a steam beer and was wondering what temps you targeted? What yeast strain did you use/recommend? Thanks, AJ
