I made my very first mead on January 1, a simple recipe found on StormtheCastle.com. Beginning on June 14 and then every Sunday thereafter, I began making one gallon of mead. Yesterday I made my first melomel, a raspberry flavored affair. So altogether,I've made 7 gallons. 662
