Seem hanoian love to gather at the bia hoi restaurant. On my trip to Hanoi last September, we did a foodie tour for about 4 hours, it was not in the itinerary but the tour guide also took us to a sidewalk bia hoi site on Ta Hien Street, a lot of people there, it a great place to enjoy nightlife.
