    5 Pounds of Fresh Local Peaches! What do?

    Picked up 5 pounds of fresh local peaches at our local farm. Should they go into the secondary of my Saison currently fermenting or into an IPA that I'm getting ready to brew this weekend? Is 5 pounds enough for 5 gal or should I split the batch?

    1st batch in 25 years!

    Greetings from a reformed former homebrewer!

    Yes I was heavily into homebrewing back in the early 90's, heavily influenced by Uncle Charlie. Brewed a lot of extracts, meads, ciders back in the day. Started getting into All-grain and yeast management when life took over and I just haven't been able to get back. Timing isn't the best now...
