What should it taste like? I did not take the starting gravity so taking the final gravity is pointless, third I am low on cash because I spent my disposable income on the materials for the applewine.

I have a batch of applewine (edwort's recipe) that's almost three weeks into fermentation. With the fourth of July being tomorrow I want to bottle tonight, but I dont know if it's too early. What do you think? (The wine has been in carboy for approximately 20 days) Thanks!!!

Does the homebrew you keg need to be carbonated for it to be kegged?

I live in Canada. I made around 30 gallons of homebrew. What is the best way to store large amounts in containers that can dispense easily(not a keg)? I bought 1 gallon glass jugs in the past but is there a more effective/cheaper way to store homebrew? Thanks!!!

What is degassing?

I started three batches of wine that have been going for a month. In my previous batches I noticed when I bottled the wine CO2 buildup would still occur after I opened the bottles. How long will it take for the fermentation process to be completely finished and to know my wine is 100% done? THANKS
