Suggestion of a variety to dry hop

Last week I was hoping to brew an all-citra batch but my LHBS had been cleaned out so I ended up putting together a blend I haven't tried before: Summit, Falconer's 7Cs, and Simcoe. Would like to dry hop to get some more aroma in this guy but not really sure what I should use. Right now, am just...

    Wit/Saison recipe critique

Thought the oats were also a big contributor to sticking so I was thinking I'd play it safe, but if you think I'll be fine without that's one more thing to cross off the shopping list

Not much to go from on the packaging and the local brew shop isn't that great. 2.. I'd like to dryhop but don't have a secondary and I'm using a 5gal...

Brewing my first recipe this weekend--feedback please

I know that a .5 gal boil off is on the very low end, but that seems to be my standard after a couple runs. Still, planning on having some extra water ready to go in case I come up short and need to top off. Better safe than sorry.

Brewing my first recipe this weekend--feedback please

Hi all, This weekend I'm planning on brewing my first batch using a recipe that I put together on my own. Was hoping that you all could look over it and let me know what you think: Any major holes? Anything adjustments that you think would help? Thanks in advance! Making a 2.5 gal batch...
