    thanks for the info!Sorry for the late response. How long do you typically soft crash before throwing the in the dry hops? 12 hours at 50* and then throw the dry hop in?

    I typically only use 1318 for NEIPAs. Does this look like a good fermentation temp schedule? Day 1-3 @ 66* Day 4@ 68* Day 5 @ 70* Day 6 @ 72* Day 7 @ 72* And finish at 72* until fermentation is done.

    Appreciate the info! I'm going to take a reading sometime today. If it is not ready, should I keep my temp at 72 or slowly bring it back down to 66?
