    I am a new all grain brewer, and I want to make a beer that has a 10-20 min Protein Rest. My question is how do you figure the water ratio since I have to still do the Sacch' rest too? Again I am new to all grain but have been brewing extract kits for 7+ years.

    Growler Filling

    Any types on growler filling.. I have the growler filling tube that you connect to a tapper but when ever I go to fill the growler I can't get it full with out making a huge mess.. Any types would be wonderful. Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for the Info.. It just seems goofy I never have had any issues with my beer in the past and I don't really play around with it either.. Do you think I should try to adjust it I currently think I have the gage at 13 would you recommend going up or down.. Either way it is just bothers...

    I have had a kegging system for quiet a while now and love it. I recently had a spill and dropped my Co2 Regulator and now everytime I go to pour a glass of Beer it comes out as all foam. Did I break it? Is there a way I can save it? Any help would be wonderful! Thanks is Advance!

    foamy beer after CO2 ran out

    I am currently am having this same issue with my beer every time I pour a glass it is all foam. If the regulator did get bumped or dropped is that mean the regulator is done? Or is there a fix? Any help would be wonderful.
