I only see a case. Better send her back tomorrow... Drinking whatever was left in the bottling bucket of my chocolate milk stout. Only 3.9% ABV. Probably the lowest ABV beer I've ever made.

Never tried a no boil batch but your post makes me want to give it a try. What is your favorite recipe of the ones posted above? (And assuming this question doesn't create an unintended debate about boil vs no boil, what do you see as the biggest difference in end result vs boiling, if anything)

Can I get in on that recipe? I would prefer both recipes if possible. I'm an extract Brewer now, but expect to get into all grain in next year or two. Belgians are my favorite beers to drink but I haven't made any that are close to the great ones I buy at the store. Will keep trying but would...

I'm intrigued. In five or six gallon carboy? Yeast cake of wheat, IPA, other? What yeast used? What temp was your cider fermentation? Might have to experiment with this in future.
