    Uline HDPE Carboys ok to use?

    Is this HDPE carboy ok to use as long as I'm not leaving any beer in it for too long? I do 1.25 gallon batches, so this looks like something that'd work great for me. http://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-15648/Jugs/Carboy-2-1-2-Gallon
