    Hi! I joined the site (finally) just to reply to this thread. I'm planning to make the same recipe. Did you find a good substitute over the last 6 years? If nothing else, I'm going to use Briess Wheat Malt Extract (65/35) and just get all 9# in that instead of 6# 100% wheat and 3# light...
