Correct. Although some of the reports the BA has received include reports of failure below 60psi - even as low as 30. The uninitiated homebrewer may accidentally (or purposely) pressurize a keg more than that and if they choose plastic may be injured or killed.

What modifications to the freezer are necessary? Or do you simply run the thermoprobe into the freezer and plug the freezer into the control unit?

FermWrap looks similar to what's in the conical. It's a heating element. I mean, yeah, you could do that. And it's probably just as good as the jacketed conical. I wonder if the cooling happens as quickly? What size freezer would you recommend?
