    thats right, the cold crash. I read about that before but have not tried yet. I have a kegerator, so plenty of room to put it in there. How long should it stay in there ahead of kegging it?

    Im on my 5th brew. One thing i realized is that i get a lot of sediment in my bottling bucket. I keep the siphon about an inch above the bottom when i bring the beer in, but it still brings a lot of junk. Any reco's on a screen or filter to get a lot of that out?     @poptarts -- this is a beginner forum. Dont be a ******. Fermenting may be the issue. I stopped it fermenting because it hadnt changed readings. It hung at 1.015 for a few days. The original beer that was great was fermented for two weeks, plus a few days. The ones that didn't have the flavor...
