Hey all. Just made my first 2 gallons of mead. Did a blackberry medley (blackberries, blueberries and strawberries ) and then a raspberry pomegranate. One gallon each. I bought wine yeast and got 2lbs of honey for each gallon. I didn't heat the batch other than warm the honey for easy pouring...
