After 7 days between 55 & 57 it's now comfortably sitting at a steady 38. FG is at 1.007 so not too far off. 180 days & counting.

Mine was delivered just before I started cooling an octoberfest on Sunday. In it went. Love checking it in the morning and at night. Will be checking through the thread again to find out how i'll be doing more data logging. I can definitely see a few more of these in my future.
