    Does anyone know if Unibroue's La Fin Du Monde uses the same yeast for bottle conditioning as for fermentation? I was thinking of trying to culture it out of the bottle, but sometimes breweries use different yeast for conditioning and I don't want to go through with it if it is differerent. Does...
