While cleaning lines on kegerator, notice ball lock post on intertap is leaking. Do not notice rubber gasket/washer fell out. Tighten ball lock post until leak stops. Now i cant get the damn ball lock spout off my intertap faucet. Going to have to use a pipewrench to get it off.... dont do...

Decent farmhouse ale. And a sample of my sour. Really liking the way this one is shaping up.

Hb mild. Took a month to condition in the keg. Second time this yeast has done this to me. Was going to do yardwork but moyherfudgin blood suckers chased me inside.

Was looking for a sour at store and it was this or a new belgium kriek. Had tge kriek before, should have had another. Its ok but not great.

It had the potential to be good but had a very brutal medicinal aftertaste. Hb kolsch on the deck. Daughter wouldnt nap so i cant plant the trees i bought this mornimg until swmbo gets home.

Split two 64 oz growlers with a buddy. One of a kettle sour and onw of a sage dry hopped rye ale. Slappped

And tried my mild again. So pissed off with myself. Sucked back a quart of starsan and ruined what would have been a good beer.

Stepped up my lager starter to 4 liters after realizing i screwed up on pitching calculator. It was at high krausen after 24 hoursso im looking good for brewing tomorrow

I brewed a mild that had great promise, but i suffered suckback and sucked a pint of starsan into my batch. Just trued it and right now it is not very good.
