    O.G too low?

    Hello everyone, I finally got my first batch ever into the fermenter. I have a question though. My O.G reading was 1.030. The recipe for this Brewers Best Witbier calls for a starting gravity reading of 1.044-1.052. It seems that I am a bit low but I can't figure out why. I did notice...
