    Yikes ! ! ! I just brewed a batch of American Porter (mr beer) And I put in the yeast and waited 5 mins before mixing......only I forgot about it for about an hour. When I remembered I went to go look at it there was a huge fermentation colony on top. I proceeded to mix it vigorously anyway...
