    Fermentation temps fluctuating

    I recently brewed my first all grain batch and fermented in a SS BrewTech 7 Gal. FTSs temp controlled system. I coupled it with a chiller and set my temp to 70*. We had a few cooler nights and the fermentation temp dropped 9* below set point a few times. With the lower temp and using WLP001...

    in Primary.......for 7 mo...?

    Just a thought about fresh beer and how long in the primary a typical IPA can last. Its been in the brew lab (avg. temp 68 deg F) and relatively undisturbed and covered from any sunlight, what litter there is. Also there's still water in the air lock so I'm thinking of just bottling it and see...
