    Very first all grain

    Hey gents, I just tried my first all grain as well. My issue is it had barely any gravity.... (approx 1.010). I used 1lb 2-Row, 1lb extra pale, & 0.75lb caramel 120 in 2.5 Gallons water. Temp was exactly 155 for 60 mins, followed by 75 min boil Am I missing something?
