    What temperature is best for fermenting this? Its ~60f all the time inside my house currently. I did place the jar in a bath of warm water for ~8hrs yesterday (day 1) at around 80-90f. Lots of liquid inside the jar now, can see white fuzz ontop of the rice already today (day 2.) Should I...
