    Sunday Morning

Drinking coffee and reading Homebrewtalk. Wistfully think about a couple of month from now when I'm out of the townhouse and into my own home with space for more than one fermenter.

Time in primary if doing longer conditioning?

I don't know if its any better or not, but I like to condition in the keg if I have the spares. One less rack to do and I know the beer is safe under CO2

    Inconsistent/insufficient bitterness and hop flavor

Is this gravity reading an pre-boil gravity or a post-boil gravity? Also temperature can throw off hydrometer readings

Clearing first all grain brew - forgot to use irish moss/ whirlfloc etc

Sure, you can add gelatin to the primary. Prep it and let it cool a bit, maybe 100F or so. That way its easy to add the the fermenter. The mass of the beer will take care of the rest. http://www.bertusbrewery.com/2012/06/how-to-clear-your-beer-with-gelatin.html Congrats on the wedding!

Cold Crashing when it is warm out?

Big Rubbermaid tub full of (mostly ice) ice water might work, trouble is you'd have to change the ice several times.

    Taprite Dual Body Regulator Buzzing

Just got my first kegging setup. I pressure tested the gas system with ~12 psi on a keg half full with water. When I opened the shut-off valve, the regulator made a loud buzzing/harsh humming sound for the first 5 seconds or so before settling down to the hiss of gas I'd expect. Is this...

    Fish Tank Heater

Another 1 up to the water tub method. $20 aquarium off amazon works great, no circulation needed. I think mine ranges from 65-75ish, I can just set and forget.
