I have the same issue with plate chiller. Which CLR did you use? I only found more of a blue bottle Zep CLR such as this: http://www.homedepot.com/p/ZEP-32-oz-Calcium-Lime-and-Rust-Stain-Remover-ZUCAL32/100007333
It mentions not to use it on aluminum/copper/brass however. Thanks
I have been involved in many competitions as an entrant, steward and judge. I understand how it works.
Competition organization takes a lot of time.
I understand that scoresheets take time.
Mailing out prizes takes time.
Posting results online takes pretty much as much time as it just took...
Thanks for the detailed reply. This is the only information we have to go on so far. Again, no email communication from the organizers. Our club entered two large boxes of entries and we dont have any indication of them arriving safely or even being judged really. A few of them were barrel aged...
A quick bump on this old thread...
Anyone attend the 2010, 16th Buzz Boneyard Brew-Off and have any insight on results?
Hopefully this won't take as long as last year.
That's exactly why we now also have a small club meeting (called "Partial MASH"), held one Tuesday evening a month.
For December, however, we are replacing that meeting with a group brewday.
The Tuesday night meeting will resume in January.
We actually do plan to brew at least once, if not twice that week. A number of us have that week off of work and are looking to put something together also.
Welcome from another Fort Wayne, Indiana brewer and MASH homebrew club member.
Our next meeting is Sunday, December 13.
3pm @ Trion in New Haven.
Come check it out.
There are brewers of all types and experience levels to help you out.
Have all scoresheets and ribbons now been mailed?
I've yet to receive a packet, although two other brewers in my club have. Perhaps something got lost in the mail, or they are being shipped separately?
Thanks
