I brewed my Substance clone today. I noticed that the recipe above does not have flaked wheat in it. The Bissell's website lists it as an ingredient, so I added it in the same amount as the flaked rye and flaked barley, 8.0 oz. I'm wondering if they don't use malted wheat in a small proportion...
