    Awesome, thanks for your help. I do think it could partly have something to do with the boil because it was a very slow rolling boil.

    Thanks! It's an oatmeal stout. Am tempted to make some additions to it but being my first BIAB, I'll follow the recipe for this one.

    Hi guys and girls. New to the forum and pretty new to brewing. I have done 6 extract kits (2 5 gallon and 4 1 Gal). This weekend I will be doing my first BIAB, so I'm looking forward to getting my feet wet with all grain.
