I like pretty much everything. Trying to get warmed up to an ipa. I like variety so something unique would be ideal, even if it is a little more expensive to brew. Porters are my favorite so i plan on having that pretty handy at all times. I've even been thinking about a mead. I hear they age well.

Trying to decided on a hurricane brew/ale. Something that can be made, bottled and put away until the next big storm rolls around. We get a bad one occasionally, about every 3-4 years or so.The idea is to pull it out during the storm & brew another after clean up.Any ideas?

Hello to everyone! Been interested in brewing for a while. I've been slowly accumulating supplies to brew my own. Going to do Northern Brewer's Patersbier as my first with the help of TuckFerrorists. Looking forward to it.

Love the noble pils. It screams summer. My favorite post grass cutting beer and one of the few things I look forward to during the summer here in Louisiana.
