    ISO: Taprite secondary regulator(s)

Looking for a matching partner or two for my other secondaries ,seeing the benefit of the flexibility especially when having both stouts and sours on tap. Right hand thread only, so I can gang with my existing ones. Looking for unused parts too put them to good use!

2 day brew, mash one night, boil the other?

I had considered something like that, but do not have anything large enough to store it all in, maybe a few 5 gallon pails. Id seal it up real good in my kettle, but fear the cooling wort and resulting vacuum could possibly cave in the side of the kettle. I can't imagine they stand up to much...

2 day brew, mash one night, boil the other?

I could always just hide it in my bulkhead stairs which is right next to my brew stand anyways. May just give it a go. After all, its only beer

2 day brew, mash one night, boil the other?

I'll have 5 lbs of pils in the recipe, I'm imagining trapping the sms in there, but figure it will be converted during the boil and boiled off anyway.

    Homemade PBW Recipe

I just ran a full brew day, my electric elements and kettle are just as shiny with my knock-off pbw, as it was with the brand name stuff.

    Farmhouse Ale Wyeast 3726

Was given a pitch of this by my local brewery, told to pitch at 80-85, and let it run as high as 90. Grain bill was all pilsner with a small percentage of acid malt. Absolutely fantastic, this has become a staple brew for me. Such an easy brew day, and ferment is basically done in a few days...

Why are my beers so flabby, creamy?

It's town water. Less than 10ppm of chloride, sulfate, Calcium, etc.
