    Fermenting in Growlers?

    I currently have 2 growlers brewing ginger beer with some dark DME, stopper fit in one, used a condom on the other. Once it filled up, I sanitized a needle and poked a hole near the base. I can tell it's done primary ferment because the condom deflated. Too bad I don't have another growler to...
