    Kolsch questions

Just curious, but why is everyone saying keep in the primary? Is secondary fermentation not necessary?

    Gravity question

Hey everyone. Me again. So I popped open my primary fermenter yesterday bc after 24 hours of consistent bubbling it came to dead stop. Took a gravity reading of 1.021. Gonna take another reading today and tomorrow. If consistent I'm transferring to carboy. Any of that sound like a bad idea?

    Cleaning buckets to remove odor?

Just getting into brewing and was thinking of using the pickle buckets from work but had that initial thought of "but that smell tho!" Let us know what works for you, because if I'm able to get rid of the smell these buckets are as plentiful as trash in a dumpster.

    Gravity question
