Maryland Hand-Built Insulated Portable Keg Cooler/Dispenser

I don't have a 2nd keg, but I found some dimensions: Inner can dimensions of dispenser: Depth: 16.75 inches Height: 31.4 inches Width: 19.5 inches Keg sizes: http://www.micromatic.com/beer-questions/sizes-keg-draft-beer-available-aid-11.html A 2nd 5gal corny most likely won't fit, however the...

Maryland Hand-Built Insulated Portable Keg Cooler/Dispenser

Here it is with a 5 gal corny alone and with a 5lb. tank. My plan was to use an adapter with a 20oz. paintball tank and mount it higher and out of the way. Cartridges + mini reg would work too. That would make room for more beer :) Or you could put a shelf rack in there and house a few 1.5/2.5...

Maryland Hand-Built Insulated Portable Keg Cooler/Dispenser

Well, it's Spring Cleaning time and the "Sudsboy" I built last Summer has to go. Used it a couple times, but I don't have much in the way of brew plans for a while. Looking to get $150 OBO. I'll throw in a Sanke tap (Kegworks) as well. Don't want to ship since it would be a fortune (relatively...

Easy Stove-Top Pasteurizing - With Pics

Damn good idea. I was going to do the stove + pot method, but mine would only hold 5-6 at a time.

    Deep Drunken Thoughts

Ever think about that last fruit loop at the bottom of the bag that gets missed and thrown out with the box? From the growing of grains, mixing ingredients at the factory, packaging, shipping, to the shelf at the store, the car ride to my house, then two weeks later when I pour one last bowl...

    Beer a little dark

I was responding to the note about your batch being darker than the "straw" color mentioned on the kit. Partial Boil: Using less water initially in your boil (2.5 or 3 gal), then adding top off water in the carboy to hit your 5 gal (or whatever) goal. Full Boil: Using more water initially in...

First batch, first brew disaster. Need a suggestion

I have a Brinkmann Model 815-4005-S. Used it three times since I got it and have been happy with performance so far. Around $50-$60 (Home Depot, Amazon, etc...)

    Beer a little dark

Did you do a full or partial boil? A full boil can lighten the color.
