Has anyone made a Czech Pils on the BrewEasy? I'm trying to determine how to build the (very soft) water and if I should add any specialty malts to make sure there is some body. Any thoughts?

Danam, I was wondering if you had a checklist for the BrewEasy? I am looking to go from winging brewing to paying more attention to get better results. I have made good beer so far but I want to get more consistent results and brew faster by not scrambling.

I finally took the time to build a hop spider after brewing a PTE clone. It was worth the time and money. If I could just find a better bag that attached better to the hop spider that would be nice.
