    Hi, sorry for not being able to respond earlier., was having issues with the app. Thanks for all the response. I didn't stir - wasn't sure if I was meant to. Should I stir it today? Picture showing day 6 with some liquid at the bottom.

    Further information. 1.2 kgs glutinous rice 180gm red rice yeast 2 flat disc rice wine yeast No water added. Average room temperature is 60F Cheers

    Oh! It sitting between 60 and 64 F. I'll have to settle for a drinking beer i don't have a place to keep it at 34F. Thanks for the comments I'll brew an ale when the apple cider is bottled. This hobby is am obsession as you say :D:cool:

    Patience. ..I lack it nor self control. :confused: I opened a bottle of 2 weeks old lager after putting it in the freezer for an hour to chill. Taste yummy. .:D
