    To much sugar?

Rookie move but it's my 3rd batch and I forgot to do a fg reading before I bottled it. it was a box kit and said to bottle after 2 weeks. I am sure that the taste is from the priming sugar because I didn't taste it when I bottled it was very good flat.

    To much sugar?

I brewed a oatmeal stout and got it bottled and after 2 weeks it has a strong sugar taste. My question is what can I do to get the sugar taste out? I was thinking leaving it sit and hoping it goes to the bottom.

    Steeping temp

I did that on a oatmeal stout and it was amazing beer. Like stated above you also need a pH level that is unlikely to reach. I wouldn't worry about it. It will turn out good.

    Malts

I forgot to add the LME and the DME and added the magnum and boiled for 30 min. Then I added the malts. Is it going to be ok? I am thinking I still should boil for the amount of time?

    To much wort

I just did a oatmeal stout and when I got done adding water to it to make the OG down to 1.054 witch the recipe calls for. I had almost 6 and a half gallons of wort. I have about 1 1/2 inches from the top of my 6 1/2 gallon bucket. Is it going to blow the air lock off? How did it make so much...
