    How to:priming sugar

Well. I tapped a bottle last night and it's decent. Def- a law mower beer. A little more amber/dark than a lager should be. The carbonation is perfect. The finish has a slight hint off an off taste. Not sure what it is. But overall I am happy for a first try. Now it's time to...

    Can I bottle it now?

A curse huh? Why is that. Is that like a plateau of the yeast feeding ? I'm thinking about starting another batch. Something easier than this lager. Just don't want to run into this plateau.

Have a brewers best bottling bucket. It's filled to the 5gal mark. What gets me is that the directions say pour the sugar straight into bucket and stir and bottle

@rausch I found an article last night. About muntons final OG is always higher than it claims. There was an abundance of replies confirming it.

    Can I bottle it now?

@rlmiller I fermented at 60f. I know I didn't follow lager customs. But my buddy got this for me as a bday gift. An requested a lager. Silly- I bought a lager without educating myself. Haha. Sink or swim right?
