    Well I brewed a Coffee RIS. All went great but I completely forgot to add licorice the recipe called for.     Cleaned corny keg with PBW and rinsed a couple of times by filling keg half full of water and sloshing around. Would that be sufficient so as not to create off flavors from PBW?

    In general, why is it that the beers, say an IPA, I brew don't have the same mouthfeel that a store bought IPA has. Seems to be as thin as water. Thanks in advance for the good advice!

    Star San Dilution

    Mistakenly used 1 oz of Star San for about 2 gallons of water instead of 5 gallons. Rinsed bottles and caps with it and bottled the beer. Should I be concerned by not diluting it properly? Thanks.
