    Perlick faucet leak - help pls.

    Page 4 shows the parts list of my faucet. http://www.perlick.com/pdf-files/Tapping-no-prices.pdf I have the perlick 525ss faucet as above. Basically the problem I have is closing the faucet tight enough. There doesn't seem to be enough friction at the point of closing the faucet to keep it...

    Lil' help? So, I used Wyeast London III to make a few batches (saving yeast from the secondary) and went one brew too far, it seems. Made a Boddingtons clone and the batch tastes much like a belgian - not ruined but it definately has lots of something else to it. Not sour. Big yeast nose...
