Enough yeast?
I bought (3) 2 gallon packs of cider to brew 5 gallons of cider. I noticed that my pot, brew bucket and carboy could accommodate all 6 gallons I bought so I bumped the recipe to use all six. One thing I did not consider is that the yeast packet I bought was for only 5 gallons. Is this ok? I...- bcrankin

Kegging cider and back sweetening
In a few weeks I will keg my first 5 gallons of cider. Are there any issues with back sweetening with frozen concentrate right in the keg? Specifically with fermentation? I know there are many ingredients to use my real question is to fermentation in the keg.- bcrankin

Danby Chill and Tap temperature probe location?
After doing this the unit would not shut down. I reinstalled in original location and am trying adjusting the course adjustment to get a cooler temp- bcrankin

Danby Chill and Tap temperature probe location?
On mine it was behind the chiller on the left. Removed the four screws and pulled it forward. The sensor is mounted in a tube on the back, just follow the wire from the controller. At the bottom the wire is bent over to keep it from coming out. Just straighten and then pull up and it comes right...- bcrankin
