    What are you drinking now?

I really, really enjoyed them. A little different than a lot of the IPAs I've had, especially Julius. Both are very citrusy / tropical fruity I'd say and I enjoy that. I would like to go back when I have time to wait for growler fills so I can try some other offerings. I just didn't have the...

    What are you drinking now?

Been a good week. Got my hands on a 2012 Bourbon County Stout and a friend scored me a can of Heady Topper. Currently loving Stone's Enjoy by 12/26 while it's around. Where do you buy your cider?

Literally just ran out on my lunch break and got 5 gal of cider @ $6.99 per. I guess that's around the going rate. Add in the 2 lbs of local honey @ $17.99 + yeast and I'm around $52, up in higher end kit territory. Oh well. Actually worked out well because this place is the only local orchard...

Added corn sugar too early in the boil. Problem?

Hi folks. So, I did a MoreBeer Pliny kit today and misread one step and added the included 1 lb. of corn sugar at 60 minutes of a 90 min full boil instead of at 10 min as instructed. Will this have an impact on the brew? I don't think simple sugar beaks down and since it was a full boil it...
