    funnily enough, I brewed this and after tasting it, i found it to be quite familiar, at least in taste. looked in my personal recipes, low and behold I had the exact same recipe as far as the malt bill and yeast with only the hops being different.

    are these bolted tight? might want to use nylock nuts or something or tighten the living hell out of them to keep them from wanting to seperate from the heat cycles. red threadlocker is a permanent solution :)

    LME and DME question

    1lb DME typically has gravity of 1.044 in 1 gallon of water. 1lb LME is more around 1.037 in the same amount of water. source: this book, amazing btw http://www.amazon.ca/dp/160342539X/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 you can do the math and get what you are looking for :)
