    Thanks again for the input. I finally decided on the Bayou Classic kab6 burner... This thing is a beast, its huge! I cannot wait to cook on this bad boy.

    Thanks for the input guys.. I think I will go with the Dark Star and put the other $100 in to some additional equipment to get started with All Grain brewing equipment. Once I find if I have more time to brew more often, I will look into upgrading to more advanced equipment.
