    I have some computer fans in my keezer ... Maybe ill go find another 12v adapter and rig another one up I also put an ice pack down into the water to help... ill keep an eye on the temperature

    OK i but the fermenter into a 5 gallon bucket and filled the bottom with some cold water and put a wet tshirt around the fermenter.. that should keep it cooler

    It's at 74-75 degrees right now... should I try to find some place cooler? Don't know the type of yeast... it just says Beer Making Yeast... this was out of a Brooklyn Beer Shop kit..

    As you can see here Question is. I don't want to bottle. Can I directly keg my beer if I go buy a 5 gallon keg and then force carbonate it for a week at 30psi then release pressure and turn PSI down to 10? Or... should I just set PSI to 10 and leave it for... 2 weeks? 3 weeks?

    I can definitely lift mine up without moving it... I dont really have room for regulators inside the coffin though but I am not sure I need them. Especially if you get flow control faucets.

    I just completed mine and honestly I just put the coffin more towards the middle. I can open it without moving it enough to get kegs in. I just prop it up open with a 2x4. Mine is in a corner though so it is already like 4 inches from the wall because of heat and cords etc. here is a good side...

    Haha thanks man. I did the sanding/staining/coating ... my friend did the cutting, assembly, and we got the design ideas from here and other places. I did also cut the tile and do that and the foam and the holes into the freezer. I just ran the lights too...

    I have a Pineapple Hefeweizen (Pineapple Grenade by Young Veterans Brewing Company Virginia) I also have a double IPA (Hoptopus by Beach Brewing Company Virginia) on tap I will be adding 4 more taps eventually
