the attenuation, should be the Apparent Attenuation? or the Real Attenuation. I checked around here at the forum and average is a 60% attenuation on this yeast..

i like checking the gravity after the fourth day..! thats all really no rush.. but used this yeast before and couldn't get a batch to the desired FG..! that why im asking..!

already doing that since yesterday..! ill take it to 70 to see how it behave.. can't see lots of activity in my airlock.

Hi i brew on monday, and pitched a pack of winsdor yeast on a 3 gallon batch. OG was 1.052. Measure it yesterday and it was at 1.026 and today after 24 hours it saids 1.024. Have read everywhere that apparently this yeast have always this problem. Any suggestion on what to do..? Its a English...

hey Baja i also had a few hiccups with my step filter, first where the plug, now was the drain gasket came out, but anyway pico shipped a replacement to me after they localized the problem..! last 3 brews were all messy because of all this stuff that happened..! but beer came out ok.. less...

yeah a couple of other home brewers. one of the home brewers handles that part. usually i bring the speciality grain by air, using a freight forwarder in miami. They don't ask to muck and they deliver to your door. Base malt row 2 sometimes can get from casa bruja brewery , now we are buying...

Im another happy owner..! im brewing today , brewed on friday,, ..! easy clean.. i was worried about the fermenting in the keg. but i but a couple more .transfering between them is as good as it gets.. Really amazing product..
