I've always cleaned my kettles immediately after brewing And put my lids on them. So my question is once I clean my kettles are they clean until my next brew. Which could be weeks apart. Or should I clean them again just before I brew.
I just started leaving star san in my extra keg with no issues. I use my air compressor with a regulator set at 20 psi to flush my lines. Works really good.
