    Two Day Brew Process?

    A lot of the people on my German forum are doing this... They do the full brewday up until the end of the boil and then have it cool down over night and pitch the next day... Sometimes they rack the wort again to remove the sediment that has formed from cooling over night... Hope this...

    Yeah, I'll have a row of Hallertau there... I use German noble hops exclusively (because I can - haha) and that's where I thought the Hallertau would grow. Tettnang will be somewhere else yet to be decided...
