A good time to try some of Founders hard to find beers is during or a few days after their annual Black Party. I stopped in and was able to get KBS and CBS on tap. No bottles though.

Wasn't a big deal to find it by me. Stopped by my local store and they had a 4 pack left. Not too bad of a price at 6.50 a bottle. Might call a couple other places to see if they have any.

I remember using one of the Coors mini kegs to carb and serve some of my first home brew. Im not sure if they still sell them. It was basically an obese 2 liter with a screw on pour head with one of those 16 gram co2 cartridges. Just empty the keg, sanitize, fill and add a new cartridge.

Got an update on the fan. Brewed this weekend and by the time I got to the boil I could hear water moving inside the fan. I noticed some falling on the floor. So I drilled a small hole in the bottom of the fan and boom out comes the Niagara Falls!!! Luckily I had a cup near by. If I keep up on...

Let it boil for at least an hour. Wanted to boil some hops and see how well it removed the smell throughout the house (not that I'm the one complaining). Still after the hour boil no dripping. Planning on brewing this weekend.

So the old lady was nice enough to get me a nice exhaust fan. Been playing around with it for an hour or so. Little steam escapes with no condensation build up. I am getting a small amount of water coming out of the fan but that's no big deal. Very happy with it. Can't wait to brew

What blades were you using?? I think the only thing i could find was a fine tooth wood blade and it ripped through it in no time!!!! Step bits seem to have trouble with ss, at least that was the case when putting holes in my keg.

I love my Dillion and now I can brew and reload. Talk about living the dream. Now for an indoor shooting range

I've brought it damn close to sitting on the kettle but you might be on to something with the leaks. Im going to recheck everything when i get home and retape with aluminum tape just to be sure.

I tried blocking the wind outside to see if that was it and made the vent a straight shot up towards the vent but i still got escaping steam so I'm guess the 6in is not enough cfm. Im just going to buy the 8in and see what happens
