    So, some water from my priming sugar solution boiled off and I ended up with approximately 1.37 ounces of corn sugar per gallon. Are these puppies gonna blow? This batch was 12 gallons of cider and pasteurizing 120 bottles would be crazy. Thanks!

    Sounds good. Looks like I'll just have to pick up a couple packets of yeast then, instead of taking the risk of throwing away bad beer later. It'll only be my 4th batch of AG and the first two were almost undrinkable. Thanks!

    I know that the slurry is supposed to be in fridge, but I don't have one, and the slurry has been sitting at room temp. Is it possible to wash and reuse the yeast after it's been sitting in the carboys for a week at room temp? Thanks!!

    Im betting my dishwasher will only hold 80-90 bottles, which would sanitize at least half of a 15gal batch. I was also planning on removing the dishwasher racks instead of buying a bottle tree. (You can start to see how cheap I am:) Thanks!!

    I can't even recall the nuances of the first sip of a Belgian that I enjoyed over the weekend. That being said, I also did not enjoy a decades worth of Belgians and forget its overall quality.

    i hope its just hops, cuz I used pellets. thanks for lettin me know tha you saw leaves when using pellets! The bubbles around the leaves first made me think thry were little colonies of micro organisms :eek:

    The BioClear that I used stated on the bottle "Add 1 tsp-2tbsp, add 1 tsp, wait a day then add more as appropriate" However, I just added the 2 tbsp right off the bat. Now, I've got floaters, that look kinda scale-y/flaky. Have you guys had this happen before? Thanks!!
