    How many gallons of homebrew in 2014?

    310 gal Elderberry + 6 gal Strawberry + 2 gal Cyzer + 2 gal JAOM + 5 gal Ginger/Lime + 2 gal Blueberry + 2 gal Choko + 12 gal "pure" = 341 gallon. Total = 34515.5 + 341 = 34856.5

    How many gallons of Mead 2014 Edition!

    310 gal Elderberry + 6 gal Strawberry + 2 gal Cyzer + 2 gal JAOM + 5 gal Ginger/Lime + 2 gal Blueberry + 2 gal Choko + 12 gal "pure" = 331 gallon. And are strongly considering doing a 6-30 gal Wiking Blood Mead, so might end up with 350 this year. But total for now : 1135.75 + 331 = 1466.75

    VIKING BLOOD MEAD 1st timer

    Sounds pretty awsome, so might try this too. ( am a Viking afterall ) :-) Does it come out bloody red as it suggest in the title.? I experience that my elderberry mead doesnt leave any red colouring, but turns amber.
