    You say we should pasturize our bottles to stop the carbing . Do you put them in the water before it gets hot ? Because you cannot put cold bottles in 160 degree water or they will break . Would they beak if they were at room temperature going in to 160 degree water?

    Any time I used a cake of yeast the beer always had a strong yeast taste . I onle use dry yeast now.

    I like to take a gallon out of the 5 gal. batch and experiment with it . I would like to add about pint of cranberry juice out of the jar . It should be already sanitized right ? Or do I need to boil it ? I was thinking after the secondary take a gallon and add the cranberry and some more sugar...

    I was wanting to use gelatin finnings to clear my beer before bottling . Does it have to be cold ? If I don't have enough fridge space will it work at room temperature ?[/ Alright I found a place to put it temporally does it need to stay in there until I am ready to bottle it ? Gne

    When is the best time to use gelitin finnings ? I don't like sediment in the bottles . If I put it in 2 days before bottling will there be enough yeast left to make carbonation in the bottles with 5 oz. of sugar per 5 gallon ? Gene
