And the last one is the strawberry tart. This was my third favorite out of the batch. This had a very nice color. It was over carbonated like noted. Had a pleasant strawberry flavor. I didn't pick up on the sour part of it. Had a medium body to it. This was very drinkable and a thirst quencher.

This is the Berliner. I didn't like this one very much. I've not had many sour beers so it's hard for me to compare this one. Had a haze to the color. Lightly carbonated. Definite sour taste.

This is the hard lemonade. It was kinda the same as the cider. Had good color. No carbonation and very sweet. Had a good tartness to it. Not bad.

Got a chance to try the pumpkin ale and the wheat that I received. Personally did not like the pumpkin but it had all the right stuff that would make it good. The wheat on the other hand was excellent. My second favorite so far the chocolate milk stout being first. The wheat had good head...

Just opened the saison. Nice creamy head, well carbonated. Has a bit of a chill haze. Good malty flavor and a hint of grape fruit. Also has a little alcohol burn to it. Good flavor really like it.

So far I've had the chocolate milk stout. Very full bodied. Real good chocolate flavor, something I've not been able to get in my beers. Low bitterness. Good carbonation. And a good head. I liked it very much. It was still cloudy but being a dark beer you can't tell. I can't wait to try the next...

Yes I did fill from a keg so that's why it's a little low on carb. It's the first time I've made that recipe and also like it very much.

Got a Boston Pork Butt, help me out here please.

I stick a tray of baked beans on a rack under the meat to catch all the drippings. It is probably the worst thing for you but it sure tastes good.

I've been waiting all day for you to get it. Those are my Saint Paul vanilla porters. It was all I had on tap right now. They are 4% abv. 60 ibu. My efficiency was a little low on that one so it didn't have the body I was hoping. But it is very refreshing and easy drinking.

Getting a chance to see what others sent, I feel like a cheapskate. Being new to the group i did not realize how far above and beyond every one went. I only sent the minimum. Next time I will do better.

    Brew bucket lids

I used one for a fermenter and it works really bad. Just like maxstout said you can't get the ring off and it does get very nasty. Impossible to clean. I only use them to store grain in now.
